Collective Worship

At Acton CE Primary School we come together to worship as a whole school daily at 3pm.

Our collective worship has a distinctive focus each day.

On Mondays  we have collective worship led by a member of the church community. This has a distinctive Christian focus..

On Tuesdays  we come together to praise the Lord in singing; we also focus on personal, social and health issues as a school community and reflect on how, with God's help, we can reach our full potential as a Christian community. We focus global news through Picture news.

On Wednesdays  Collective worship council lead the worship for today with an emphasis on global awareness and courageous advocacy.

On Thursdays  Biblical readings with a focus on vision and values.

On Friday  Shout out celebration assembly.

We also come together for collective worship at the St Mary's Church at least once a half term and for special services. Parents are welcome to attend these events. Please see the school calendar for full details.
