Making sense of our world and beyond through excitement and exploration.
Our Principles of Science Teaching
We know that great science happens in our school when...
Home Learning
It is a great time (weather permitting) to explore the science of nature. Spring has brought us so many changes in our environment and is a great inspiration for art with all the many colours. Things such as bird feeders are easy to make at home and children can support wildlife. Children can also enjoy observing the different birds that come to their feeders. Rain collectors are also easy to make with bottles that would normally go out for recycling and allow children to collect data at home. They could then create a graph in purple mash to show their results.
